01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lv4d online gaming platform, accessible at https://lv4d.click ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and lv4d. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. lv4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with updates taking effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Platform is operated for users in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. References to "RM" or "MYR" throughout these Terms refer to Malaysian Ringgit.

02 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

03 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with lv4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. lv4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
• You must be a natural person. Accounts held in the name of a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity are not permitted.
• You must hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with lv4d or any other gambling platform to which lv4d has access, whether voluntary or regulatory.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close associate of any person employed by lv4d or its affiliated service providers in a role that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

lv4d reserves the right to conduct identity and eligibility checks at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Where a Player is found to be ineligible, all bets placed and winnings generated during the ineligible period shall be void, and the original deposit sum shall be returned subject to lv4d's anti-fraud review process.

04 Account Registration

When registering an account with lv4d, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields. Specifically, you represent and warrant that:

• All personal details submitted during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact information — are accurate and truthful.
• You will promptly update your account details if any information becomes inaccurate or out of date.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and will not share them with any third party.
• You will notify lv4d immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.

lv4d shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, unless such activity results from a verified failure of lv4d's own security systems.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the lv4d Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You specifically agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling as an individual player.
• Access the Platform using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other non-human method without prior written consent from lv4d.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other technically harmful material into the Platform's systems or infrastructure.
• Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality or interfere with other users' access.
• Make any representation about the Platform on any third-party website or social media platform without lv4d's express prior written consent.

lv4d reserves the right to monitor Platform usage for compliance with these Terms. Where violations are detected, lv4d may take any action it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the lv4d Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). lv4d supports a range of Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.

6.1 Deposits

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• lv4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, individual payment providers may impose their own charges outside lv4d's control.
• Deposits made in error or in excess of a Player's intentions will not automatically be returned. Players should contact support at [email protected] immediately upon identifying such an error.
• lv4d reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6.2 Withdrawals

• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until the Player's identity has been verified to lv4d's satisfaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless lv4d's compliance team approves an alternative at its discretion.
• Where a Player has claimed a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn.
• Standard e-wallet withdrawals (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals depend on network congestion at the time of processing.
• lv4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in extended processing times. Players will be notified where such checks are required.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

lv4d offers various promotional incentives to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal eligibility is activated. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be stated clearly on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified expiry window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, Players may not place single bets or spins exceeding the stated maximum stake (typically between RM 250 and RM 500, as specified per promotion). Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may be void and the bonus forfeited.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: lv4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including the use of low-risk or hedge-betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Where such activity is detected, lv4d reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account pending investigation.
• VIP Programme: Cashback and VIP-tier bonuses are governed by the VIP Programme terms published on the Platform. Monthly turnover requirements and cashback percentages may be amended by lv4d at its discretion with reasonable notice.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lv4d Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with lv4d, including misrepresenting age, identity, or residency.
2. Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the source of those funds. lv4d complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
3. Collusion: Working with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting activity.
4. Software Exploitation: Knowingly exploiting any bug, glitch, or software error in the Platform's games or systems to generate gains. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void and reversed.
5. Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with a bank or payment provider without first raising a dispute with lv4d. Confirmed chargeback abuse will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery action.
6. Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21, including by sharing account credentials with a minor.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the lv4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of lv4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content; frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website; or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial or competitive purposes.

The lv4d name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of lv4d. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lv4d shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond lv4d's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that result from third-party data feed failures, provided lv4d takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Any delay in processing a withdrawal caused by a payment provider, banking system, or regulatory hold outside lv4d's direct control.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, lv4d's total aggregate liability to you for any single incident shall not exceed the greater of (a) the net deposits made by you to lv4d in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) RM 500.

11 Responsible Gambling

lv4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing all Players with tools to manage their gaming activity. We require all Players to be aged 21 years or above and we actively discourage gambling with funds that a Player cannot afford to lose.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen alerts to remind them of the duration of their current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may suspend account access for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be accessed or used for any gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to permanently restrict their access to lv4d may submit a self-exclusion request by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and is permanent unless the Player provides 30 days' notice of their wish to reactivate, subject to lv4d's review.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

lv4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration or KYC documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Player's payment provider.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the applicable eligibility criteria, including age requirements.
• Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe stipulated by lv4d's compliance team.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, lv4d will endeavour to complete its review within 28 calendar days. During this period, withdrawals will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If lv4d determines that no breach has occurred, any withheld balance will be released in full.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any cleared, unrestricted balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation, subject to KYC verification being complete.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which lv4d is registered and operates. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through lv4d's internal complaints procedure.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact lv4d's support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process. lv4d commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 28 calendar days.

14 Amendments

lv4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Players' rights or obligations — lv4d will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice posted prominently on the Platform, an email to the Player's registered email address, or an in-platform notification at the time of next login.

Minor amendments (including clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates to reflect changes in payment methods or contact details) may be made without specific notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the amendments take effect.
